Doctor Shustrova graduated from the Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy, medical faculty. During her internship, she was trained in radiodiagnostics. Her primary specialization is computer tomography and magnetic resonance tomography.

From 1997, she worked in the position of radiologist. She has experience in large medical institutions of Moscow: Polyclinic №1 Medical Centre for affairs of the President of the Russian Federation, Botkin City Clinical Hospital, Children’s Clinical Hospital № 38, Federal Medical & Biological Agency of Russia, City Clinical Hospital 13, City Hospital Federal Medical & Biological Agency of Russia 85, 31 City Clinical Hospital.

She joined the ЕМС team of doctors in 2010.
